What you choose to share
The form asks for your name and email. You can also share your group, an approximate travel period, a journey idea, interests, and a short note. These details help us respond and plan with you. Please keep passport information, payment details, and medical records out of this form.
Who can access an enquiry
The planning inbox is restricted to the site owner’s authorised account. It stores your enquiry, a reference, the time it was submitted, its planning status, and any internal follow-up notes. This website does not automatically send your details to travel suppliers or marketing lists.
What happens in your browser
If a submission is interrupted, an unconfirmed copy is temporarily retained in this browser tab so you can review it and retry without creating a duplicate. It is removed after a confirmed submission or when the tab’s session ends. A copy older than 24 hours is discarded when the planner next opens. The site also remembers your motion preference on this device.
“Save a draft .txt” downloads a file to your device. Downloading alone does not submit an enquiry. You control that downloaded copy.
Keeping the form reliable
The website uses submission identifiers to prevent accidental duplicates. To limit automated abuse, it temporarily stores a protected fingerprint derived from the requesting network address, rather than storing that address in the enquiry record. The hosting platform may process technical request information to operate and protect the service.
Your choices and corrections
You can choose which optional details to share. To request a correction or deletion, submit a new enquiry using the same reply email, quote your original enquiry reference, and state your request. We may need to verify the request before changing information.
